General Manager (HR): 01post
Qualification: Degree preferable in Engineering/Physical Sciences and 2 years post graduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management or M.A (Personnel Management Industrial Relations) or MSW with minimum 20 years post qualification experience in Personnel area. Degree in Law preferred. Knowledge of Telugu is preferred and Hindi is essential.
General Manager (Projects): 01post
Qualification: 60% of marks in Degree in Engg. Or Technology with minimum 17 yrs post qualification experience in setting up of projects. OR 60% of marks in Master’s Degree in Engg. Or Technology with minimum 15 yrs post qualification experience in setting up of projects.
General Manager/Addl. General Manager (Marketing Business Development): 01post
Qualification: Graduate in Engg. Or Technology and MBA with Marketing Management as elective with minimum 20/17 years post qualification experience in Business Development of an Industry. Adherence to delivery schedule
Sr. Manager (Materials): 01posts
Qualification: 60% marks in Graduation in Engg /Technology and MBA preferably in Materials Management or Production Management or Operation Management as specialization/PG Diploma in Materials Management. Experience of 10 years in the area of Materials Management and purchase after Graduation in Engg./Technology. Experience in ERP system preferred. Degree in Law preferred.
Dy. Manager/Asst. Manager (Official Language): 01posts
Qualification: M.A. in Hindi with at least 55% marks having English Hindi as a subject at the Graduate level with minimum 8 yrs post qualification experience for Dy. Manager and 6 years for Asst. Manager post. Knowledge of Telugu is desirable.
